I have heard a number of different definitions for the word success. They are all valid in a sense. But nobody really agrees what the real definition of success is. I think I have found it. Nobody can say it is not the true definition of success in my opinion. What do you think?

Yesterday, I procrastinated, involuntarily, but still procrastinated on my the things I wanted to do. I wanted to write to my blog and write an article among other things and I didn’t. Had a writers block already. Nothing was coming, I was at a loss for words. So I made the generic amoxil mistake of letting it stop me in my day. Then, at supper time, as my son was drinking his glass of milk, I saw a quote on the glass. That quote, to me, was the best definition of success.

I wanted to start writing right away, but had previous engagements I had committed to. The reason for that release of words amoxil cheap href=”http://amoxil-pharm.net”>online amoxil in my head is because this quote is what I have been looking for, but could not put it into words of my own. But it is so simple, you will agree I am sure. The amoxil online complicated part is to put it into practice.

Enough turning around the table and here is that quote which is not signed, or it is signed anonymous:” Success is being able to spend your life your own way.” Very simple isn’t it? But also very true. That is all we really want. Whether we need money to leave a job we don’t want, or time to go to places we want or to just relax. Success really is just that simple.

Where it gets complicated is that most of us have to go to work is we want to eat, clothe ourselves, etc. We lose our time doing the thing we don’t want to do, but have no choice because we need it. We don’t feel successful because we don’t have the Freedom of time to spend our life our own way. Most of us have to spend our life the way our boss tells us to

spend it. Or we spend our time the way our bank account shows us we can afford to spend it.

So our level of success depends on everyone’s view of success. To some of my friends, I am successful because I no longer am working at my full time job. But to me, I have not achieved success. I have not yet accomplished what I want to do. Well on my way, but not quite there. Our level of success depends mostly on our dreams. The bigger our dreams, the more successful we will be to the eyes of others when we achieve them. I will feel successful when I have reached my first 100 dreams. My views of success are much higher then those friends who see me as a success just because I don’t have to go in to work anymore.

Success truly is being able to spend your life your own way. But we don’t all want to spend our lives the same cialis way. That is buy penicillin where we complicate things, if we don’t have a life mission. The way we want to spend our lives depends on our dreams. But that is another article. If you would like to discuss this further with me, do not hesitate to leave a comment on my blog .

  1. Love your opinion Anna. I don’t disagree. You success is driven by your dreams as well. Like I wrote, I have a list of 100 dreams and they are not all material. But relaxing didn’t make me successful, it just open my mind to a new idea.. somewhat to creativity. It is hard to feel successful though when you are tied down to something you don’t want anymore. For me, that was my job. Doesn’t mean that for someone else, their job may be exactly the way they want to spend their life. Thanks for the great comment.

  2. Hi,
I just wanted to say, that success is more an internal feeling (my opinion) than an external thing. I believe most of us need to FEEL successful first then the money, time, “stuff’ shows up.
My motto is “Be happy, where you are, and see where it takes you”.
You said you had writers block and basically it messed with your whole day, but notice how something as relaxing and wonderful, such as sitting down with your family at a meal and your answer just happened to show up!
Life is your creation, you just need to relax into it and know that you are going to get where you need to go, when you need to get there.
    I’ve enjoyed reading a sharing!!
